Job Description
The Carney Group is hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist for a well-respected services firm near Glenside. This is a full time, onsite role in their corporate office! This role is a contract role with an immediate start!
Responsibilities for this role include
- Voucher the payables into company system, and pull the payment run each week.
- Make online vendor payments and processes expense reports for the company.
- Monitors the accounting email and reply to vendor and customer requests of the accounting department.
- Accounts Receivable Experience a plus as this role may handle some AR duties, such as posting payments, and sending collection emails.
- Experience with ERP systems, however training will be provided.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook and Excel
