Job Description

We are hiring a Branch Manager for a well respected credit union on the Main Line. Primary responsibility is for managing the sales, service and overall operations of a branch location. Focuses on solidifying member relationships and retention through impeccable member service. Also responsible for developing and growing new business and maintaining existing business in the branch.

Essential Functions:

  • Manage the daily operations of the branch and ensure that procedures and practices are followed and in alignment with credit union expectations.
  • Develop a team of highly motivated, results-oriented individuals through effective leadership practices; ensure adequate staffing levels to maintain efficient team performance.
  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with business partners through regular, consistent contact with key personnel.
  • Builds strong rapport with business partners representatives through phone, email, and personal visits.
  • Professionally represent the credit union at all times.
  • Conduct and document individual monthly coaching/mentoring sessions to develop sales skills, review goal progress and skill development needs.
  • Hold regular meetings with branch staff discussing daily/weekly/monthly activity plans, success stories and developmental needs.
  • Manage the ATMs daily.
  • Direct and coordinate programs, projects, and activities in assigned branch.
  • Coordinate, monitor, maintain knowledge and ensure compliance for IRA’s, Loans, Wire Transfers, OFAC, deposit, and all products/services and policies.
  • Ability to open and close the branch, when needed
