We are growing our team of Policy Specialists for a National Insurance Firm. This program plays a special role in helping families understand the value of converting a life insurance policy. This is an inbound program supporting a highly visible, nationwide marketing campaign. Full Time opportunity with year-round work! We are looking for individuals with flexibility in their schedules.
- Candidates should be caring and empathetic with a full understanding of the products offered.
- Candidate should very professional with good written and verbal communication skills.
- Good technical skills with experience using multiple computer systems, including WebChat.
- Candidate should be comfortable with in-depth conversations with callers.
