Maintenance Service Supervisor

Job Description
The Working Supervisor will be able to conduct light maintenance duties, daily orders, coordinate events and manage the staff.
- Meet with the Property Manager to discuss any building related matters
- Discuss any employee related issues with Operations Manager, District Manager, Human Resources and the Property/Building Manager.
- Schedule and supervise staff
- Monitor daily employee task.
- Plan, organize, direct and control the workflow at their assigned location are effective and efficient, including rearranging janitorial staff assignments to provide coverage for work orders.
- Train new hires. Train all staff on new procedures.
- Conduct daily inspections. Manage Tenant request/concerns
- Able to perform light maintenance duties.
- Request and track supplies.
- Oversee trash and recycling porter services and scheduling
- Coordinate event set ups.
- Continued, working knowledge of chemical and equipment usage and building policies.
- Respond with urgency when emergency calls are received or situations arise such as floods arise, etc. at your assigned building. Ensure you are readily available to “jump-in” and assist.
